Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days.

- Before and After Images: Clear photos of the treated area taken before you started using the product and after consistent use for 14-21 days.
- Proof of Purchase: Your order details, including the order number and the name or email used at checkout.

Upon submission, you acknowledge and agree that Skopelux reserves the right to use any written explanations, photos, or other content provided for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes. If we decide to use your content, it will be anonymized to protect your privacy.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, report it within 72 hours by emailing support@skopelux.com with a clear photo of the damage. We’ll assess if a replacement is needed.
Shipping and Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. If there are delivery issues, please contact the courier for assistance. Lost, stolen, or delayed packages are not our responsibility.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Ensure the correct shipping address at checkout. If we are not notified of an incorrect address within 24 hours, resends or refunds will not be issued.
